Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from Tee DosSantos dba OakSphere (“OakSphere”, “we”). OakSphere sells software subscriptions and services only. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no returns.

Interlock Mesh subscriptions

  • 30-day free trial. Every new subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
  • When billing starts. When the trial ends, billing starts automatically at $9 USD per month (Solo) or $19 USD per user per month (Team), charged monthly, unless you have cancelled. We email you a reminder 7 days before your trial ends.
  • Cancel anytime. Cancel from the billing portal or by emailing tee@oaksphere.co.
  • When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. You keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
  • No partial-month refunds. We do not refund partial months.
  • Adding or removing Team users. Users added mid-month are charged a prorated amount for the rest of that month. Users removed stay billed until the end of the paid month, with no partial refund.

AI implementation services

  • Milestone payments by ACH. Projects are quoted at a fixed price before work starts and paid in milestones by ACH bank transfer, as set out in your written agreement.
  • Started milestones. A paid milestone is non-refundable once work on that milestone has started.
  • Unstarted milestones. If you cancel, any milestone you have paid for but on which work has not started is refunded in full.
  • How to cancel. Email tee@oaksphere.co. We confirm in writing which milestones have started and which will be refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card or bank account) through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear.

Billing questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, email tee@oaksphere.co before contacting your bank. We reply within one business day, and if we charged you in error we refund the mistaken amount.
