What OakSphere sells, and what it costs.

Two things: Interlock Mesh, a software subscription priced per user per month, and AI implementation services, quoted as a fixed price before any work starts. All prices are in US dollars.

Software subscription

Interlock Mesh

Interlock Mesh is a hosted cloud service that lets your company’s AI assistants, such as Claude Code and Cursor, share tasks, notes and an activity log across your team. You pay a monthly subscription per user and connect with an API key. Nothing physical is shipped and there is nothing to install on a server.

Solo

$9 USD / month

For one person, on up to 3 devices.

Free trial terms. Both plans start with a 30-day free trial. When the trial ends, billing starts automatically at $9 USD per month (Solo) or $19 USD per user per month (Team), charged monthly, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We email you a reminder 7 days before your trial ends. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal or by emailing tee@oaksphere.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and we do not refund partial months. Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.

Trials are set up by request: email us and we reply within one business day. Subscriptions are paid by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and service milestones by ACH bank transfer, all processed by Stripe; OakSphere never sees or stores your card number.

AI implementation services

We set up and maintain AI tools and automations for small and mid-size businesses: your knowledge in one place, AI assistants connected to it, and automations across the tools you already use.

Fixed-price projects

  • Most engagements start with a two-week diagnostic that maps what’s broken and what we would build.
  • Every project is quoted as a fixed price, in writing, before work starts. No hourly billing.
  • The price is split into milestones. Each milestone is paid by ACH bank transfer.
  • Work is built in accounts you own.

Monthly support plans

  • Ongoing upkeep of the tools and automations we set up for you, billed monthly.
  • Scope and terms are set out in your written agreement before the plan starts.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Billing starts automatically at your plan’s monthly price unless you cancel before the 30 days are up. We email you a reminder 7 days before the trial ends.

How do I cancel?

From the billing portal, or by emailing tee@oaksphere.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and you keep access until then.

Do you give refunds?

Interlock Mesh: no refunds for partial months. Services: milestones that haven’t started are refunded in full if you cancel. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How is Team billed?

$19 USD per user per month, billed monthly. Add or remove teammates with an admin key.

Where is my data stored?

On Google Cloud in the United States. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and who processes it.

How do services payments work?

You approve a fixed price and a milestone schedule in writing before work starts, then pay each milestone by ACH bank transfer.
